How can I improve communication and reduce revisions for my TRODAD projects?

  1. Make sure to provide clear and detailed instructions when submitting your project request. The more specific and detailed your instructions are, the better equipped your TRODAD team will be to understand your vision and produce the desired outcome.

  2. Use visual aids such as images, sketches, or reference designs to help illustrate your vision. This can provide a clearer understanding of what you are looking for and can help avoid miscommunications or misunderstandings.

  3. Take the time to thoroughly review and provide feedback on each output you receive from your TRODAD team. This will allow you to catch any potential errors or misunderstandings early on, and can ultimately help reduce the number of revisions needed.

  4. Establish a consistent and clear communication channel with your project manager, and be responsive to any questions or requests they may have. This can help ensure that the project stays on track and that any issues are addressed in a timely manner.

How can I improve communication with my team if they are having trouble understanding my ideas?

At TRODAD, we understand that clear communication is key to achieving a great outcome. If you find that your team is having trouble understanding your ideas, we have a few tips to help improve communication:

  1. Provide clear and detailed instructions: Take the time to clearly communicate your ideas and provide as much detail as possible. This will help ensure that your team understands exactly what you are looking for.

  2. Use visual aids: Providing visual examples can be extremely helpful in conveying your ideas. Consider providing sketches, mood boards, or reference images to help your team better understand your vision.

  3. Schedule a call: Sometimes, it can be helpful to hop on a call to discuss your project in more detail. This can help clarify any confusion and ensure that everyone is on the same page.

If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We are always here to help and will work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible.

How do I sign up for a TRODAD full subscription?

To sign up for a full TRODAD subscription, you can start by taking advantage of the 7-day free trial. If you decide to upgrade to a full subscription during the trial period, you don't have to wait for the trial to end. You can contact TRODAD support through the live chat at www.trodad.com or by sending an email to [email protected], and they will launch your full subscription for you. If you find that TRODAD isn't the right fit for you during the trial period, you can cancel at any time without being charged. Just remember that it's your responsibility to cancel the trial if you don't plan to use the service. Otherwise, your full subscription will automatically start at the end of the 7-day trial, and you'll be charged the first monthly subscription fee.

For more information on TRODAD's Terms Of Service, you can refer to their website at https://www.trodad.com/terms-of-services/

Is there a discount for multiple subscriptions?

Yes, you can get a 10% discount when you add 2 or more subscriptions to your TRODAD account. However, please note that this offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers. To take advantage of this discount, simply connect with a TRODAD team member on the live chat by clicking here when you're ready to add your additional subscriptions and have your discount applied.

Will having multiple subscriptions result in faster turnaround times?

Yes, having multiple subscriptions will result in faster turnaround times. If you have more than one graphic design subscription or more than one video design subscription with TRODAD, you'll receive more outputs within the same timeframe. For instance, if you have two TRODAD Graphics subscriptions, you'll receive twice as many designs as you would with a single subscription.

However, it's important to note that each subscription comes with its own specific turnaround times, design teams, and a number of outputs. So if you have both a graphic design subscription and a video design subscription, their workflows and turnaround times are mutually exclusive. This means that if you have fewer graphic design requests in one week, your video requests would still be completed at the same rate as usual, as it's a different team working on them, and vice versa.

Is canceling my TRODAD subscription a difficult process?

Not at all. At TRODAD, we aim to make the cancellation process as straightforward as possible. You can cancel your subscription at any time, without the need for extensive documentation or a complicated process. Simply log in to your TRODAD account and cancel with just a few clicks. HOW DO CUSTOM ILLUSTRATIONS DIFFER FROM GRAPHIC DESIGN?

Custom illustrations are unique visual elements that are created from scratch to meet specific requirements, such as logos, characters, or designs. Skilled illustrators can bring your ideas to life and create a one-of-a-kind image that captures your brand's essence or conveys a particular message. In contrast, graphic design involves using existing assets, such as typography, photographs, or icons, to design cohesive and visually appealing marketing materials. Graphic designers work within established parameters to create brochures, t-shirts, websites, and other materials that effectively communicate your brand's message.

While both custom illustrations and graphic design are crucial for successful branding and marketing, they differ in their approach and scope. Custom illustrations offer a personalized and tailored approach, while graphic design involves working within established parameters to create professional and polished designs that reflect your brand's identity.

Requesting Revisions

On Your TRODAD Trello Board: Comment, drag, and drop. Just add the details of the revision required in a comment. Then move the relevant card from the “In Review” or "Completed" list to the “Requests” list.

Prioritizing Requests

When you’re making multiple requests, be sure to order your cards according to priority.

Requests are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, from the top down on your TRODAD’s Trello board. So, if you’re posting multiple requests at the same time, make sure the order of your cards reflects which tasks should be completed first.

How are teams formed in this system?

Your project manager will collaborate with the system to create a team of creative professionals for each service. These team members will work with you on a continuous basis. If you particularly like working with a team member, you can invite them to join your team when you create a project, and if they are available, they will be added to your project queue.
